PARIS--The Canada-based Aimetis, a software company offering integrated intelligent video management solutions for security surveillance and business intelligence applications, has signed new agreements with major distributors in two of Europe's fastest growing IP video surveillance markets.

In France, Aimetis has concluded an agreement with Conectis, the country's largest distributor of cabling systems and networking equipment with a specific focus on the IP video market. The deal will see Conectis distribute the Aimetis Symphony software within its physical security product line.

Aimetis has also signed a pan-European distribution agreement with Anixster EMEA, which will initially launch in Germany and be rolled out to additional countries in the coming months.
