Geutebrueck integrates with BlackBerry
WINDHAGEN, Germany--If your BlackBerry isn't doing enough for you, German CCTV specialist Geutebrueck is ready to help. With assistance from Netzlink Informationstechnik, the company's CCTV systems have been integrated with the Mobile Secure Interaction System (MOSIS), allowing users to fully access and operate their CCTV systems via their smart phone.

Users can call up pictures on their BlackBerry, control dome or pan/tilt cameras, have pictures and alarm information automatically forwarded whenever needed and rely on the alarm handling system to document all alarm responses and resets.

In places such as airports, stations and stadiums, the integration allows control center operators to send pictures of suspects or incidents from their CCTV screens directly to mobile patrols to help them identify and apprehend suspects. In remote monitoring situations, mobile patrols can have CCTV pictures, site plans and full alarm information sent automatically to their mobile terminals, helping them see exactly where to go and what to expect upon arrival at a site where an incident is in progress.
