Loomis buys cash handling assets from France's Keepway
PARIS--Loomis, the cash handling division of Securitas, has announced the acquisition of the cash handling assets Keepway, a unit of French payment and document processing solutions provider Tessi based here, for approximately EUR 4.3mln.

Under the terms of the deal, Loomis will gain control of cash transports, cash centers and ATM activities including branches in Lognes, Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, Lyon and Saint Etienne. The operations have aggregate annual sales of EUR 7.8mln and employ a total of 130 people.

Following the acquisition's completion, Loomis France will have total sales of approximately EUR 270mln and around 4,100 employees.
