IndigoVision opens Middle East office
DUBAI--The Edinburgh-based IP video security solutions supplier IndigoVision has opened a new regional sales and support center for the Middle East in Dubai Internet City, a free economic zone for information technology companies in the United Arab Emirates.

IndigoVision has been active in the region prior to opening the new office and has worked on a number of major projects with its local partner network, including an integrated IP video and access control system at the Doha International Airport and the 5-star Moevenpick Tower & Suites hotel.

The new Dubai office will serve as a base for supporting the company's local partners as well as for expansion plans in the region.

"Providing a local sales and support operation for our partner and their customers in the Middle East is key to our continued expansion in the region," IndigoVision CEO Oliver Vellacott said in a statement. "The combination of our excellent local system integrators and IndigoVision's IP video solution will ensure we are best placed to benefit form the large infrastructure projects that are typical of the Middle East."
