Gunnebo wins orders in Europe, Middle East
GOTEeBORG, Sweden--The Gunnebo security group announced two new contracts Tuesday, one for high security immigration gates for the Bahrain International Airport and a second to supply safes on a global scale for the European Commission, worth EUR 6.7mln.

The Bahrain International Airport project will be carried out together with Gunnebo's local partner, Securicore, and will involve the deployment of Gunnebo's ImmSec control system, which allows only person at a time to pass through a gate. The initial order is for four trial lanes of ImmSec into which smart identification cards, fingerprint biometric readers and two LCD monitors will be integrated, along with Gunnebo's TDAR system for identifying single persons and left items.
