GVD appointed Milestone distributor for Ireland |

DUBLIN--GVD, a distributor of IP video surveillance and wireless networking solutions, has been awarded the distributorship for Milestone Systems' IP video surveillance software in Ireland.
"Milestone Systems is a market leader in the development of IP surveillance software and we are delighted to be associated with them," GVD's managing director, Gordon Smith, said in a statement. "We are very excited about the partnership and look forward to the opportunities this brings for customers."

Some of those opportunities will be presented in September, when GDV is planning a number of seminars to inform resellers and installers about the IP video surveillance solutions available and the benefits of Milestone's open platform management software.
GVD maintains an extensive portfolio of IP video surveillance and wireless networking products aimed primarily at the Irish reseller market, including Axis, ACTi, and SparkLAN surveillance cameras. The firm offers resellers step-by-step consultancy and assistance along with training and support.
